Project Description:

Krasnoprudny is a Class A multifunctional complex. It is an 18-storey building with a total area of 36 773,7 sq. m, including 7 900 sq. m of office space. The building also has a Marriott IMPERIAL PLAZA 5-star hotel and a panoramic restaurant on the 14th floor. The project started in 2019 with the construction of the engineering systems.
