Project Description:

The central hub is built on a 9,800 sqm site. It has 7 floors, 2 underground levels, and parking for more than 100 cars. The total building area is about 48 993 sqm.

The building includes modern offices, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, laboratories, conference and training rooms, shops, and exhibition areas. The ground floor can be used for shops, showrooms, and exhibitions.

For the BMS, a solution from SIEMENS was selected
