Project Description:

The Terminal T2 Automation Project was started by Honeywell in 2015. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the project was put on hold. After the pandemic, the project was restarted. The main task was to complete the remaining commissioning and dispatching system works as quickly as possible.

My Role:

Project Manager responsible for project scope, schedule, and financial performance

Fire Alarm (21 Fire Alarm Panel)
