Project Description:

Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is a joint project of Hines and Belaya Dacha Group, located in Kotelniki, Moscow Region. Outlet Village Belaya Dacha is one of the largest outlet centers in Russia and one of the largest outlet shopping centers in Europe. The total investment in the project was USD 160 million.

The total leasable area is 38,000 sq. m, with more than 200 stores. The outlet center was designed and built in accordance with modern international standards and BREEAM environmental certification requirements. The project was developed in two phases. Construction of the first phase started in 2011, and the second phase started in 2014.
