Project Description:

The Hot Rolling Mill No. 1 at the Qarmet steel plant is being modernized to improve productivity, reliability, and safety. As part of the project, several key systems are being replaced and upgraded.

The project also includes upgrading the PAGA system. The existing equipment will be replaced with a new, modern system. The new system will provide more reliable communication, better sound quality, and easier maintenance. It will also support future expansion and meet the plant’s operational needs.

Qarmet selected the Industronic PA/GA solution for the Project.

My Role:

Project Manager responsible for project scope, schedule, and financial performance.

2 Functional Managers (Procurement & Logistics, and Legal Support)
