Project Description:

The Shah Deniz Project is a major energy development that has played a key role in establishing Azerbaijan as a supplier of natural gas to regional and European markets.

The objective of the project is to develop low-pressure gas reserves and maximize resource recovery. The SDC Project is expected to enable the production and export of an additional 50 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 25 million barrels of condensate. The project includes the installation of a new normally unmanned electrically powered offshore compression platform.

The PA/GA System is required to provide voice communication and emergency alarm notification for maintenance personnel during periodic visits to the platform.

BP selected the Industronic PA/GA solution for the Shah Deniz Compression Project. (Competitors: Zenitel, GAI-TRONICS, Johnsons Control)

My Role:

Project Manager responsible for project scope, schedule, and financial performance.
